Any disputes arising from the interpretation of the Terms of Use shall fall within the jurisdiction of courts in Zurich.

CD Edition

One copy of Key to Metals CD Edition may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

Web Edition

One license of Key to Metals Web Edition may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or used on a single workstation non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

Transferability and Cancellation Policy

This license is not transferable to third person without written approval from Key to Metals AG.
Cancellation of license is not possible.

THIS SOFTWARE, DATABASE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
